With over 14 years of hands on experience in the secondary glazing industry, Aaron has built Invision around a simple principle: provide honest advice, complete every installation properly and treat every home or commercial property with care and respect.

As Managing Director, Aaron oversees the day to day running of the company while remaining personally involved in every project. He carries out customer surveys, discusses individual requirements and recommends the most suitable secondary glazing solution, always providing clear information and honest advice without pressure.

Aaron’s attention to detail extends across the entire business, including installations, customer service, branding and the company website. For him, “that will do” is never good enough. Every project must be completed to a standard the entire team can be proud of.

The Invision team works efficiently while taking the time needed to complete every installation correctly. It is never about rushing the job it is about working in an organised and professional way, respecting the customer’s property and keeping the working area clean and tidy throughout the installation.

Aaron is also committed to creating a positive workplace where every team member feels valued and enjoys their work. He believes that a happy, motivated team provides the best possible experience for customers.

Steve

Director of Operations & Installations

Steve brings strong leadership, organisation and practical problem-solving skills to his role as Director of Operations & Installations. With an excellent eye for detail, he ensures every project is properly planned and completed to Invision’s high standards.

He coordinates domestic and commercial installations, arranges dates with customers and organises the teams to keep every project running smoothly. Steve also works alongside Glenn, occasionally carrying out surveys and helping with installations during busy periods.

Steve works closely with Aaron and Glenn, holding regular meetings to review projects, discuss customer feedback and identify ways to improve. He is always looking for ways to move the company forward and never believes in simply standing still.

Customer care is extremely important to Steve. He communicates with customers before and during their installation, provides honest advice without pressure and ensures every project is handled with care, respect and attention to cleanliness.

The most rewarding part of Steve’s job is hearing how the finished installation has benefited a customer whether by retaining warmth, keeping their space cooler in summer or reducing unwanted noise. He particularly enjoys hearing that a customer has enjoyed their best night’s sleep in years or that the secondary glazing blends in so naturally they can hardly tell it is there.

Glenn Vickers

Installation Manager

As Installation Manager, Glenn works closely with Steve to coordinate the installation teams and ensure every domestic and commercial project is completed efficiently and to Invision’s high standards.

Glenn prepares for each installation by making sure the teams have the correct windows, materials, tools and equipment loaded onto their vans. He liaises closely with site managers, keeps them informed about the work and ensures all required paperwork is completed correctly.

The health and safety of his team, customers and everyone on site is extremely important to Glenn. He makes sure the team follows the correct procedures and that each working area remains safe, organised and tidy throughout the installation.

As a highly skilled, hands on installer, Glenn takes great pride in the finer details of his work. He particularly enjoys achieving a precise scribed finish around windows, ensuring every installation looks neat, professional and properly finished.

A natural people person, Glenn builds excellent relationships with customers, site managers and colleagues. Customers value his friendly and helpful approach, while his practical knowledge allows him to resolve unexpected challenges calmly and efficiently.

Specialist Secondary Glazing Installer

Connor is a highly skilled secondary glazing installer who holds an NVQ Level 3 in Secondary Glazing. This recognised qualification reflects his technical knowledge, practical ability and commitment to completing every installation to a professional standard.

Workshop MANAGER & Finishing

Michael manages the Invision workshop, keeping it clean, safe and well organised. Working from each job order sheet, he cuts every timber trim to the exact size required, making the best use of each length of timber. This reduces unnecessary waste, keeps material costs down and supports our more environmentally responsible approach.

Michael then prepares, finishes and checks every trim, ensuring our installation teams have the correct materials ready to keep each project running smoothly.

Michael is always a team player willing to help wherever needed. He receives deliveries, monitors stock and will happily welcome customers into our showroom, show them around and take their details so the right team member can assist them.

Dependable, approachable and always one step ahead, Michael takes great pride in maintaining Invision’s high standards. He is someone everyone can rely on and is always happy to help his colleagues, our customers and the company in any way he can.
