Aaron With over 14 years of hands-on experience in the glazing industry, Aaron combines expert technical knowledge with a strong understanding of how to run a successful, customer focused business. His experience covers every aspect of secondary glazing, including manufacturing, repairs, surveys and specialist installations. As Managing Director, Aaron oversees the day-to-day operation of Invision, business strategy, project planning and client relationships. He remains personally involved throughout each project, ensuring customers receive clear advice, reliable communication and a solution tailored to their property.

Whether he is carrying out a survey, managing a project or supporting the installation team on site, Aaron makes sure every job is completed to the highest standard. Nothing is ever left at “that will do” every detail matters.

As Director of Operations & Installations, Steve works closely alongside Glenn and the installation team to ensure every project runs smoothly from survey through to completion. Together, they coordinate commercial and residential installations, manage schedules, resolve on site requirements and maintain the high standards Invision is known for. Steve takes a personal approach with every customer, listening carefully to their needs and providing practical advice, particularly for bespoke solutions that complement the style and character of a property. With a strong eye for detail and quality, he oversees surveys, client communication and day to day operations to ensure every customer receives a reliable service and a finish they can be proud of.

As Executive Assistant at Invision Secondary Glazing, Holly plays a key role in keeping the business organised and ensuring day to day operations run smoothly. She supports the management team by coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, managing important correspondence and helping to keep projects and priorities on track.

Holly is often a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues, providing a professional, friendly and efficient service at every stage. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information help the team stay focused and responsive.

Behind the scenes, Holly helps ensure that communication is clear, appointments are well managed and the business continues to deliver the reliable, personal service that Invision is known for.

Glenn oversees our secondary glazing installations, working closely with project managers on commercial projects to ensure every installation runs smoothly and is completed to the highest standard. He manages accurate measurements, site coordination and technical problemsolving, while supporting the installation team throughout each project.

With a strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail, Glenn helps ensure every commercial installation is efficient, compliant and finished to the standard our clients expect.

Mick is responsible for the careful preparation and finishing of all timber trims used in our secondary glazing installations. He cuts each trim to the required size, sands it back to achieve a smooth, professional finish, then primes and paints it ready for installation. He also manages incoming deliveries and organises the correct trims for every project, ensuring everything is prepared, checked and ready when needed. With a strong eye for detail and quality, Mick makes sure every piece meets the high standard our clients expect.

Kieran is our Graphic Designer, responsible for bringing Invision’s ideas to life through professional, high-quality visual content. He creates engaging marketing materials, branded graphics and digital content that help showcase our secondary glazing projects and the standard of our work.

With a strong eye for detail and consistency, Kieran ensures every design reflects the Invision brand clear, polished and professional helping us communicate effectively with both existing and prospective clients.

Trevor, our office sausage dog, takes charge of security with his keen senses and loyal presence. He patrols the office, provides a friendly bark of alert, and ensures a warm, secure environment for all team members.
